    How long will it take for my order to process?

    We make every attempt to ship all orders, placed before 15.00hrs/3PM GMT+1, the same day.
    All express orders placed before are guaranteed to ship the same day. All orders placed after will ship the following day.

     

    How long will it take for my order to reach me once it has been placed?

    We ship via international parcelservice, insured and with track & trace.
    Deliverytime varies from 1 to 8 businessdays, depending on country of deliverence. Remote locations may take longer. 
    Shipping times are calculated on business days; Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are NOT considered business days.
    During certain holidays shipping may be slower due to increased shipments. Please Note: Acts of nature are out of our control and may effect the delivery time.
    We appreciate your understanding in these rare circumstances, as there is nothing that can be done, we do not offer shipping refunds in this case.
     

    How can I track my order?

    When you place your order you are asked to submit your email address. Once your order is completed you will receive a confirmation-email with tracking information.
     

    Do I need to sign for my package when it arrives?

    A direct signature is required for all packages.
     

    Do you ship products internationally? 

    Yes, we ship to many countries around the world! We make all reasonable efforts to ship our product to you as quickly as possible.
    However, due to the nature of international shipping, please allow 1 - 8 business days for your product to arrive; some remote locations may take longer.
     

    Will my international order be subject to duties and tariffs?

    The customer is responsible for all extra delivery charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges or fees that may be incurred by importing products into your country.
    Consult your local customs office for more information on potential duties, taxes, charges, or customs fees.
     

    What is your returns and exchanges policy?

    Given the nature of the product we are very cautious, returns and exchanges will be accepted within fourteen days after receipt of order by the customer. Incurred additional costs will be for the buyer including possible write-off and/or handling fee. We are wholesaler and supply mainly to businesses, therefore no right of withdrawal applies to private customers.
